Church Choir
“Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.” Psalm 100:2
Martin Luther wrote, “The gift of language combined with the gift of song was given to human beings to let us know that we should praise God with both word and music, namely, by proclaiming the [Word of God] through music.”
And this is what the True Life Church Choir does – minister to the congregation through music.
The choir presents an item on the first Sunday of each calendar month and on special occasions such as Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Church Anniversary, Reformation Sunday, Christmas Eve and Watchnight Service. We also sing at vigil services to comfort the bereaved families.
The choir practises every Sunday after Worship Service. It is an hour of rigorous practice and joyous singing.
The choir is open to baptised regular worshippers who love to sing, who desire to serve God and encourage His children with His gift of voice, and who are willing to make the commitment to serve in the music ministry.
